Happy Halloween!

It was a good Halloween weekend! It actually ended up being a long 4 day weekend because we had a slight scare with Ava and needed to take off a little work. She had suffered a secondary infection due to having H1N1 the week before so she had some mucous in her chest. Kinda scary and we're glad to have it behind us. It was so weird because as fast as it came on it went away. She's still not back to 100% I can tell but she is improving. I was so proud of her for Halloween, too! She after a lot of coaxing actually put on a costume! It wasn't the one we bought for her to wear but whatever. She was dressed and had a total blast out there getting candy. She had a grin on her face and was skipping down the street with her friend Jojo. Mason as well enjoyed the fun and dove into a chocolate by himself straight through the wrapper! It was a fun night! We had some good friends over and enjoyed the night immensely. Today was a ton of fun because we had nice weather and were able to be outside all day. After all the days of movie watching and couch laying with Ava plus just the exhaustion of taking care of sicko kiddos it was a great way to de-stress. Mason this week has also learned to say "ball" and "Ava". It's TOO CUTE! Can't believe my little guy is going to be one in 16 days!

This is such a Lechner face.

Attempting fall pictures. It was a disaster because they would not look at the camera and both smile.
