To the Max We Go

So our house is now painted calico in shades of khaki pants in search of the perfect paint color for the downstairs. I have to admit I'm driving myself a little nuts with it. First I wanted something bold and then I decided today maybe I shouldn't go there....I don't know. I just want something cozy and warm and can't figure out what that is. Oh the horror of decision! Updates to come on that since we're planning on painting this weekend. We went to the car show this past weekend....it was fun and we rode the Max (Portland's trolley/rail) to the convention center. I just love clean, free transportation! The kids thought it was the best thing. Poor Ava though at the car show got her fingers smashed in the door of an SUV. Andy didn't see her hands there...just an accident but man did I feel sad for her! Ava's also starting dance class tomorrow! At first she was super excited but now she's getting shy so we'll have to see how that flies. I'm hoping to entice her with pink ballet slippers!
