2012 was full of challenges and rewards and I truly believe you can't have one without the other. I loved last year so much and really hope for more of the balance and peace our life was shined upon in 2012. Resolutions were even kept so.......winning! We rang in the new year hosting a party for our friends. It was a lot of fun! We cleaned out our living room and bought a disco ball and just danced the night away. The kids LOVED the dance party and we all jammed to plenty of Kids Bop before the kids all passed out. For the party, we totally re-vamped the house into something I never could imagine it having but really needed. MORE LIVING SPACE! We now have a cool eat-in kitchen and even a den. It's pretty cool for the kids to have their own space. We set up a TV in there and our old N64 so they can play video games and watch movies and Andy and I can actually have our space, too. Our old couch ended up fitting in the playroom perfectly, too, which was totally unexpected. And Adam and Jasmine parted with their old living room set to fill up the living room. It's a pretty cool way to start off the year all fresh, clean, and re-organized.
