Andy and I decided to take the kids bowling over the weekend. Because they've been really great lately and did such a good job being non-spazzes while Andy was gone on a work trip last week. We had some good times. And they are actually pretty decent bowlers!!
It's really amazing how much Ava has stepped up in wanting to help out around the house and let me tell you......it's been really nice. She's been cleaning the counters in the bathrooms and helps me clean fruit when it comes home from the grocery store. It's just little things but I think she enjoys contributing and I have to say it's been a load off to do just two less tasks each week. She's been reading chapter books and been this great little friend to me lately. It's really really sweet.
Today Ava had a Dr Seuss Green Eggs and Ham Breakfast at her school. It was a really cool idea and of course cheesy fun to go eat breakfast with her. But OMG they were so gross!
