Well at least for now! It's been a busy month with every weekend full for the past month or so. We had an awesome 4th of July party with friends and a good long visit with Mitchell and Michelle. They were brave enough to watch the monkeys (and Cooper) for the entire 2 weeks they were here and did fantastic though I think Cooper was the worst behaved of everyone. Mitchell deemed him an outside puppy. We've all come to the realization that puppies are worse than babies. Speaking of babies -Mason has cut one tooth and is popping another two (one of which is an eye tooth). That's been a joy. Ava decided on 4th of July of all days that she was done with Pull-Ups and only wanted to wear unnerwear (her word). She's pretty much been in them since and has only had a few mishaps. I'm super proud of her. She can even nap in them without an accident. The only thing we can't figure out is going number 2 but this is such progress I'm calling it a potty training success story. Last month you'd think we were murdering her if we suggested the stupid thing even though she's been doing it at daycare for months! It's been sort of an odd summer if you sum it up and we're hoping to spend the upcoming weekends chilled out and enjoying our little family.

Taking a hit of water from the Camelback.

My most favorite place on earth - Washington Park - which is oddly enough in Oregon. GO FIGURE!

The puppy and the baby on their first hike together!

Ava having a blast.

Mason having his own party. He was lauging at Ava.

The boys being all outdoorsy.

Me and the kiddos while Andy was at softball.

Awwww!

More aww. Why don't these two ever take a bad picture?

Mr. Happy

This picture is like weird and cool all at the same time.

Poor Mason. He just didn't quite get the SUPER DUPER UBER photogenic gene like Michelle and Ava. He's till just as cute though.

Watching fireworks. Look at my beer. Right after foamed over on me. Stupid beer.

sorry these pictures are out of order. This is some crazy butt train we rode at this scary amusement park we went to in Salem. It was creepy. It tried to be Disneyland but it was Disneyland on a very bad acid trip with scary dolls and all. They had a wicked water show that I quite enjoyed though.

We were bowling. They were really excited about it.

I just love this!

Jumpin' on the 4th!

Mason looks shocked to be in the bounce house. He really did enjoy it though.

All tuckered out.

FIREWORKS!
