Happy Easter!

Hope everyone had a great Easter weekend! The kids had such a blast - Ava was so super excited to wake up Easter morning. I heard her charge downstairs and scope out what had happpened the night before. She ran up to my bedroom and stated "MOMMY HE CAME! GET UP!" So at her request we let Mason sleep longer and watched her find all her (and Mason's) baskets. She was slightly disappointed that the Easter Bunny didn't hear her constant statement the day before that she wanted a Strawberry Shortcake Pool Set but she enjoyed her treats all the same. All Mason cared about was the candy and he let us know about it! Then after our cul-de-sac egg hunt I had to run to the store for Easter dinner supplies and what do you know - the Easter bunny had hidden that pool set in my car! ;) She played with it by herself for 5 hours I'm not even kidding. I was able to clean (like super clean) the whole house and Andy was able to clean up the entire garage. It was amazing! Anyways after the pool party was over our friends came over for our first fine dining experience at our new (dog chewed) table. We even set up shop in our dining room versus the kitchen! We felt so adult.....until Andy burped loudly at the table. Guess that is fine dining at the Lechner house.
Just waking up!

Mama open this NOW!

A ball - the best thing ever in Mason's book

Wanting to go outside NOW to get those eggs

Oops! Out of order - but I snapped this on the way home one day. I thought it was sweet!

The loot! I got a little out of control this year

Candy Land! I'm so freaking excited to play this with her! Hope she doesn't cheat as bad as I do!

Silly Easter Bunny hid a basket in the bathroom!

All ready to get some eggs!

Ava and Wendy - I ommitted the group shot because I'm in it since Mason refused to stand by himself and it's just not a flattering shot! ;)

My impromptu table setting. Ava was so excited to use a real baby wine glass.

We're so excited! Andy hung our dart board finally! It's fun!
