We made it!!!! School's out for summ-a! All and all it was a really great first year of school experience. We got the right teacher for Ava's personality and her class was just awesome. I'm so proud of all the growth she's made and the little person she's becoming. It makes me grateful that I get to be her mom for sure.
To celebrate we had a huge ice cream party at our neighborhood park. It was a beautiful day to spend with friends and enjoying the fact that we all have nothing going on for the next 11 weeks! I just have to make one daycare pick up and we don't have to worry about keeping track of schedules or anything. I am pretty stoked to enjoy the nice weather and our friends and getting some nice replenishment of Vitamin D. Hopefully this should be an awesome summer!
Ava's dance recital was so cute! She did fantastic! Everyone knew where to go and what to do which was a great improvement from the rehearsal. Other than Mason asking every 3 seconds if it was over yet we had a fun time watching her having her shining moment.
This was my thank you present to Ava's teacher. I got my own glue gun and I have a feeling it could be dangerous!
Nothing like starting the first day of summer vacation with a little feet soak. It was so warm Friday and I totally scorched my shoulders! I'm still feeling the burn today!
Ava has mastered the hula hoop! She's got some killer swagger!
