Stomp

Mason had his pre-k open house last week. It was kinda crazy because despite having it on my calendar the whole month I sort of forgot about it till I picked him up and we then had 45 minutes to come home, drop Jojo off, change and get back to school. Changing was a must....it was one if those days where work clothes needed to get off as soon as they could. Anyways, we got there right on time and went in and Mason sprung to life showing us all his activities they do and singing all the songs they sing. It was so obvious how much he loved it there. We still have tears sometimes but it's getting better and has more to do with the after care time than his actual learning. We love his new school.

This weekend was the weekend of expiring Groupons. I had both bowling and movie ones so we had a great time for free!! What wasn't free was that Andy and I got invited to go out to do a wine stomp at a winery near-ish us. It was so fun but we're having a record storm and it was literally raining sideways on us! It's bad when even Portlanders are taking pictures of the rain! The winds were something fierce too! Our friends patio cover blew into their fence even. It was really cool to have lots of indoor activities to do to keep busy and dry for sure!
