Been a little while....
So it's been an awfully full couple of weeks. Nothing important happened but our days just seemed to get sucked up being busy doing nothing but keeping up with what had to be done. Guess that's life! We did have a lovely few days though. It was like a summer teaser. We're back to rain now and probably won't see that kind of weather again till June or July but it was fun while it lasted. We went to the zoo and spent lots of time in the yard playing with friends. Ava got a new motorcycle so she could race her besties as well. Oh and I finally joined the world of the 21st century and played Guitar Hero. I'm even good at it! I knew that 10 years of flute playing would pay off eventually!!! I guess all good things have to come to an end though and we're paying for it this week. Everyone got colds from the drastic changes in temperature. Yesterday Ava had another huge asthma attack and we were up all night long dealing with that loveliness. Mason on the other hand has been sleeping more consistently through the night this week so go figure I haven't been able to enjoy it much with Ava being up. Ahhh the fun of have two kids two and under. =) I think we're all going to be grateful for the weekend coming up to get some well deserved R&R.
Thank you Aunt Lynn and Uncle Greg for my Easter card!
Mason thanks you too, he thought his dollar was tasty. (gross)
This froggie has eyes that look super tasty!
Loving her some lip gloss that Mimi sent (and a creative way to wear her Easter basket, no?) Thank you, Mimi!
Her rockin new motorcycle. She was mad they didn't make a pink one and was ok once I showed her that you could put flower stickers on it. We're saving the flame stickers for when this becomes Mason's.
He loves his Daddy!
Mason wearing his super cute baseball hat that our friends let us borrow. And holding his fav taggie blanket.
Ava can tear it up peddling her bike now! And steer - she's already more coordinated than me!
Ready for the garage to grow wheels and drive them away apparently. Actually Mason sat in his seat for like an hour watching us wash the car!
This is Ava washing the car how you're supposed to wash a car. Not 5 minutes later she picked up a ROCK and started washing the car. The car took some damage.
Chillin out with some happy juice.
OHHHH He's got his taggie yum-yum!
Mr. Mason showing off his handsome blue eyes.
Getting her train fix at the zoo.
Julie just estatic to be outside finally and not have to be bundled up too much.
