Wow so it's really been five months of Mason's life already. CRAZY! There's really a lot of crazy in that concept for me. Crazy what he can do now that he's emerged from his larva state. Crazy that he's begging to eat solids. Crazy that he's already been in daycare for a month and a half. Crazy that his eyes are still blue. Crazy how awesome of a little guy he is. Crazy (and really sad) that my dad or my sister Lauren have never met him and that the rest of his family have only seen him once (with the exception of M&M). That's some serious crazy no doubt. But on a personal level I think it's really starting to sink in how crazy I was 2 years ago when Ava was five months old. How we felt a move was necessary strongly enough to pack up and move 1000 miles away from everyone and everything we knew and loved. Not sure how we made it out of that crazy but we did and are very happy for it but seriously. WHAT THE HECK? I just stare at Mason and think 'Andy and I must have been looney!'. I guess I was willing to do anything to spend any amount of time with Ava at home. And I'd never change a single decision we made along the way but still.....I think we may have been insane.
Here's some pictures of the little guy to distract from the insanity that are my thoughts at the moment. He's a big boy! I'm hoping that he learns to sit up this month - he's almost there!!
LOL..."emerged from his larva state"! HA HA HA! Mr. Mason blue eyes is so cute. I'm glad you guys went "looney" and moved here. You better not think about moving back either...I wont allow it!
