HAPPY BIRTHDAY AVA-CAKSIES!

Ava turned three this past Thursday.......We both just can't believe it! Our friend had told me that after it happens we'll look at Ava and she'll just seem so much more grown up and she was totally right! The next day she had fallen asleep on the couch and I was carrying her upstairs for bed and her feet hit my knees as I carried her at my shouler........they used to not even reach the middle of my chest! It's a little hard not to get all sentimental about it but she is the most incredible little girl. So full of sweetness and is the happiest person. She's loving and caring and understanding. And tempermental and everything that makes life interesting. Her birthday went well and she had 2 birthday parties. One with her daycare friends at daycare and one with her at-home friends. She got lots of wonderful presents from her family and hasnt stopped playing with everthing since Thursday! Thank you to everyone who sent lots of fun treats for her to play with!

Yeahhh....this boy is doing stuff way to early for me.
Look at the face! I love it!
Crawling and proud of it.

Our own very little princess. She plays it up HARDCORE. Thank you to Aunt Kathy....this is what she wanted to spend her birthday money on! We searched 3 different stores but FINALLY found the Cinderella dress. She sang the whole way to the check out "My dress...my dress...I love my Cinderella dress!" OMG we got so many looks! At one point she twirled while hugging the dress to her chest. There was a man who thought she was insane! I loved it! Anyways we got it last night and she's hasn't taken it off since!

Super duper excited about it. Her words, too.

Mr. Mason some how comfily sleeping. I'm wondering if I should put the bumper pad back.

Using her new phone from Mimi.

I've decided Andy gets cake duty FOREVER. I did them this year and it ended up looking like Pepto Bismo got vomited on them. NOT GOOD....but they were tasty.

Putting on fake earings from their goody bags.

Playing with her new dollhouse

VERY excited about this present!

My sad attempt of making one of those dollcakes that the cake is the skirt of the dress. Yeah Andy is our house baker from now on.

He did it himself! And was quite pleased!

We went to the fair with Ava's BFF Jojo. This is Ava rocking the bike. I think she can work it!

Ava and Jojo...they were so cute on this ride. The car jumped a little and to make it more exciting the girls would jump as the car did to catch more air.

On the swings! This ride was so cute to me! The girls loved it too! And the carnie let them ride extra long. They would smile and wave but as soon as they passed the carnie they would cringe a little. He was scary.
MOOOOOOOOOO
There was this odd rain forest exhibit with a bunch of baby lions and tigers and other strange animals. You could pet a skunk even. And they had sharks and a haunted house. Ava was so freaked out this is how she walked through the whole thing. LOL!

Daycare was closed the week before last and Ava found ways to kill time...like making herself a kitty! She did this to herself while I was getting us ready to leave one day!

At the zoo...there was a cool gorilla maze and you got to be a gorilla! It was super cute!
