Fires await us
Andy made good onhis promise to give us a mantel to hang our stockings on and got hard to work this past weekend! We were fortunate to be able to borrow a table saw from our rad new neighbors and he went to town. I'm extremely impressed with what he's done and can't wait to see it all stained and finished. We plan on adding built-in cabinets on either side of this as well as changing other elements to the room but here is our progress so far! The kids and I kept busy by braving the mall. It was horrible but at least we're done Christmas shopping!
