Nice Chill Out

I have to admit I've been a little...."extra" lately. I don't know what it was. I think just too much stuff was going on and I needed some rest. We had something going on every day last week and it was fun but my ultimate need to just chill out when I get home from work was compromised and my attitude took the biggest hit. Poor family! Plus OMG the kids were "extra" was well - probably because Mama was a total grump but they seriously know how to push my buttons and were to the max! So with that being said this weekend was just what the doctor ordered. We got some fresh air and some nicer weather and we got to bubble up and just be the four of us which always makes me relax.  I love those three crazy people I live with.

Last night I went out and got us Mary Poppins and we all cuddled on the couch and watched it. This was after I completely busted our tire driving home from Target. I'm totally night blind and hit a center divide that juts out more in the road than usual. I was just so pleased with buying the video and my awesome score of a $6 door mat and I was happily driving along and then.............PHACK! There was a curb there. LOL! OOPS!

Friday we had our first BBQ and fire of the year with S'Mores included. The kids were ecstatic!

Ava was begrudgingly letting Mason push her

One minute he was sitting watching a movie and the next minute he was folded into a pretzel out cold

Next time I'm wearing my running shoes to keep up with Speedy Gonzalez on her bike. Good grief! I had a blast though running while she rode her bike. I think this could be a good habit to form as it was wicked fun! Andy had softball practice and we joined him. It was such a good time.

Did I mention I love Spring? GORGEOUS!

I love these blooms though I hear they spread like wildfire and kill the rest of your garden so I doubt I'll ever plant it in my yard. It's an enjoy from a distance sort of plant!

Mason for a good part of our park outing was napping near Andy so Ava and I had some alone time. It was really nice just hanging out with her! And I think she enjoyed it too.

Peek a Boo!

MaeMae woke up and was ready to slide!

Hey! I see you!

So. I've been a Lechner for almost 8 years before I finally caved. I should have earlier! The carabiner is freaking amazing! My keys were on me but not digging in my pocket!!!!!!!! I get it now guys. I get it. :)

Not sure if Mason can look any cuter. I just love his smirk!

HA! Pay back sucks don't it  Mason! You make me sit in the baby swing at home.........now you get stuck in this baby swing! SUCKA!

This was the first practice we went to with Andy. He's LOUD! OMG!We were on the other side of the park and we still heard him. Unprompted Ava said to me "Daddy's really loud playing softball." I had to agree. At least he's funny though. It was fun watching him have so much fun.
