Princess Ava

So I'm assuming this is a normal thing because it's about the age my sister became frightfully afraid of the clowns in her room but Miss Ava has been fearful of going to bed alone lately sighting that monsters are in the corner due to the fact that her room is "not her color". Being the princess that she is we've indulged this and Ava's room is now her signature pink! It's called candy stripe and I think we need to put a cotton candy air freshener in there since it's what it reminds me of. Trust that these pictures make it way more pink than it really is though hope you like Pepto Bismo. This was the lightest we could go before the colors all went white so Ava wanted pink and she got it! If this doesn't help the next stop is making monster spray by taking a room spray from Bath and Body Works and slapping a no monsters sticker on it. :)

To say she's happy would be an understatement.....she was giddy!!

 

Still need to hang everything back up and get around to new molding and repainting the doors but we reorganized and realized she has quite a bit of space we didn't realize. It looks like a big girl's room now which is kind of bittersweet.
