Seriously for the past 2 days I've been unsuccessfully trying to upload pictures and a reflective blog post about how fantastic our weekend was. The damn pictures wouldn't work every time I blogged. I'd preview it and they'd be there so I'd post it. Then I'd go back and they were just lovely blank boxes. So you get the cliff notes version: We had a fun weekend! WOOT WOOT! Guess that sums it up! Enjoy (hopefully) the cuties from their sideways position because I don't know how to edit them from the only way I know the pictures will show. :)

| Ok everyone together now......breathe in............breathe out A HUGE SIGH OF CONTENTMENT!!!!!!!!! We have a living room that resembles US finally. Well ok we will after we paint, stain, and add hardware to the cabinets. No more hideous "H" fireplace. No more orange walls. No more "I have no idea what I was thinking fancy pants silk curtains" It's light it's bright it's functional and interesting to look at. I love its clean lines and Craftsman tendencies and how it widens our very narrow room. It's just yummy to me in there now. I settle in on the couch and snuggle up and it just feels so good to finally feel at home because it's finally reflecting our style . I love that I have a husband who I can say "wouldn't this be neat?" and he'll go out and make it for me. Love you babaluna! And now lets hit up Pottery Barn to fill them up! ;) Just kidding! |
