Ay Ay Ay!

I don't know what's up with lately but I'm pretty sure God pressed the fast forward button on our world. We have not sat down once! It's like fun overload. But we've been having good times. This last weekend Andy and I went to a local winery for a tasting. It was very tasty! We very much appreciated the Rose.  We also had friends over for Beef and Bubbles Part 2 for Mother's Day. The kids had so much playing with their friends. And we adults totally porked out on steak and mimosa's. Jasmine and I even managed to recreate the potatoes from Christmas. A feat within itself since we did not write down that recipe we concocted! My mother's day was extra special. Andy made pancakes, sausage, and freshly squeezed OJ and worked with Ava to make me some paper flowers that even smelled! It was a great way to wake up seeing how proud they were of their work. And I love that my flowers will never wilt!

In other news, Mason may be well on his way to being potty trained! He's been going all week long with no accidents. He's still in Pull Ups but hey.......they are staying dry all day long. Now comes the hard part of me remembering to ask him if he needs to potty. Thank goodness Andy is a much better parent at that than I am! I tell ya. Potty training boys is so different. You have to aim? That is just insanity!  We'll be so excited to not have to buy diapers anymore. And daycare gets cheaper...I can find so many better ways to spend that extra $$$ and can't wait to get started. The "save for a new car" piggy bank is gonna fill up so much quicker now!

At the winery - feeling the Rose a lil bit........

This is River - the winery's dog. I wanted to just take him home! He was SO SWEET! And he loved pizza. We had that as part of our tasting package and he was majorly jonesing for some of it. We indulged! How could we not? Look at that face?

I love the extreme form of concentration that must happen while coloring a Spaghetti Factory menu

Ava's project she did by herself for my Mother's Day present

Check out that corn on the cob we love us some corn on the cob. MMMMMMMMMMM.

Ava saying good bye to Flat Daizja. We had fun with her
