Peace and Quiet?

Andy and I got to have a night off this Saturday. It was pretty great! We dropped the kids off at Neenee's (Mason calls Jasmine Auntie and that's his version of it) and off we went! There is this pitch and put at our favorite place and you'll never believe it but I'm actually a very good golfer. I made par twice! And that was basically my first time going since the last time we had to leave early to let the baby sitter back in the house after she accidentally locked herself out. We had so much fun together! After we were done we sort of decided it sounded like fun to just go home and relax in a quiet house and do whatever we wanted. We made junk food and just chilled in front of a bonfire and watched a movie. It was the best.

Earlier that day we took the kids to the Farmers Market in downtown Vancouver. We're really excited to start going there to buy our produce because you can get some killer deals and they also have the prettiest plants which are much needed in our yard! There is a splash park that's super cute to let the kids play in too. The weather was so beautiful it was so nice to be able to be outside enjoying it.

We ended our weekend with our weekly "family" BBQ with A&J&J and even managed to get our awesome neighbors over, too! It was a great way to gear up for the week. Especially because the next two weeks are going to be jam packed!

This sums up my feeling of summer so far - heavenly!
Yeah I know. Not the classiest shot. But sometimes - its just OK to be a little raunchy! Date night rocked!
Not the most flattering picture I know but proof - I do golf!
This was me the whole time "Mason want to take off your shirt?" Mason "NOPE!" He had a good time! And was such a daredevil!
She was a little more cautious climbing on the rocks
WTF? Seriously? This thing was creepy!
She's got the whoooollllleeee world on her finger she's the got the whole wide world on her finger
Like father like son
Such a pretty day to be downtown
Gooooood times in Le Lounge Lechner
