Creepy Forest

We've been enjoying the cooler weather immensely these past few days! I think we're getting a fall teaser. We took a trip to a fun yet creepy amusement park called Enchanted Forest today with friends and Ava rode the Bobsleds. She LOVED it! It makes me sad that we didn't take her on the Matterhorn at Disneyland in June. Oh well...reason to go back. Mason took his first carousel a few days ago at our friend Wendy's birthday party and giggled the whole time! I think we're going to have some very fun roller coaster partners in a few years with those two. Mason's also getting his two front teeth and it's hilarious because there is this huge gap in between them. We just keep telling ourselves it's money in the bank for braces later in his life though I am excited to see what he's going to look like with a full front grill. The kids both went into the doctors for a 3 year old check up and a 9 month check up last week and did great. Mason's a tall boy - in the 96th percentile and Ava's holding out at pretty normal for both her measurements. Ava did awesome while the doctor asked her all sorts of questions(numbers, ABC's, safety things to know). I got told to watch out because she's "extremely smart" and that I'd be tested again this year worse then I did in year two. FUN TIMES! Ava also started preschool at daycare. She's learning all about the Spanish. She's been able to dress up in a Spanish bridal gown and has been living in that during the week. We're super excited for her to have that kind of stimulation each day. And happy that Mason is around it as well to soak in whatever he choses to.
