Walking Stud-Muffin & Our Little Fish

MASON WALKS! It's so exciting! He started taking a few steps that were more like falls into me a few days but today he did it! While Ava and I were at Ava's swim class Andy said he stood himself up from a sitting position and stood there for awhile and then when I got home I was determined to see him to it so I started playing with him and sure enough he take steps! He's super stable. At most he's taking about 4 steps at a time but I give him a few weeks and he's going to be off to the races. I'm so excited for him! I'm really sad too because I don't want him to grow up and I absolutely love this stage of babyhood but you know he has to grow up sometime.

Ava started swim class last week but this was the first week I got to see her in action. She's really timid at first but once she gets into the water she's just grinning from ear to ear. Her favorite part is blowing bubbles in the water. It's all she talks about! I loved when she was happily bouncing in the water and everyone else was sitting on the edge. Oops. She's three...concentration isn't a high point yet. She did great at the end wading all around the play structure in the water and I loved how as soon as she got out and had a towel around her said "let's go home!" It was fun to see her in class type setting other than her daycare....it makes her seem so much more grown up and really tiny all at the same time. And it was really fun to have some one-on-one time with just her.
LOL! The teeth are awesome! He looks like a pirate to me.
These two....my fav peeps ever!

LIGHT SABOR!!!!!! Let's duel!

Right after swim...so proud of herself!

Ava is the last one right next to the teacher. She has a ripped swim instructor. I thought "hello, patrick" He was really nice and held her hand in the beginning when she was shy.

I think they were learning to kick or something.

Mason grabbed this necturine out of the basket while I was putting on his shoes and devoured it.

Peaking outside. Love the thighs!

Playing the princess gem fishing game. It's hard!

Very excited about her post-birthday Nana birthday presents.
Super excited about her magnetic doll set!

He's off!
